Ben Breslauer, Executive Chef and Director of Food and Beverage, is new to The Club but is not new to ensuring a fine dining experience. Ben was born and raised in Salisbury, Connecticut. He found Crested Butte on his quest for the perfect mountain town. Before arriving in Crested Butte, Ben studied at the Chaing Mai Thai Cooking School in Thailand and at the New Zealand School of Food and Wine. Ben has worked at some of the most prestigious restaurants in Crested Butte, including the Timberline and Soupcon, and was the Sous Chef at The Sharon Country Club in Sharon, Connecticut. When not in the kitchen, Ben spends his time backcountry skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.
